Ginan earned her JD, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from UCF and worked at UCF’s Center for Distributed Learning supporting online learning.
Her past legal experience is in contracts, intellectual property, personal injury, negligence, and premises liability.
Ginan is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts in the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida.
